RETURN POLICY

Our return policy varies based on whether you purchased the item in store or online.

IN STORE RETURNS

We accept returns and exchanges for store credit on regular price, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and fully tagged merchandise in its original condition within 5 days of the purchase date. All sale merchandise is FINAL SALE, and is not eligible for returns/exchanges. If you have any questions, please email us at inquiry@masonhosker.com or call at 843.203.4465.

ONLINE RETURNS
Regular price, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and fully tagged original condition merchandise will gladly be accepted for a refund within 14 days of the customer’s purchase date. Merchandise must be received back in the store within 14 days from the purchase date. All items must be returned in a secure, insured package.

 

Footwear and original shoebox must be shipped within a larger box. Footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition, without postage labels.
